Domestic Delivery: All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 7-9 business days.
Shipping Location: Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Indore (M.P) via courier.

OTP Requirement: Certain courier partners may request an OTP for delivery completion. This OTP will be sent to the number provided at the time of placing the order.
Damage Responsibility: Kheoni is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.
Claims Procedure: Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
